Lilly and Lloyd

Lloyd has repeatedly asked to be a butterfly for Halloween. We could find only pink fairy-type butterfly costumes, so grandma Leilani is making him a monarch butterfly costume. Lilly will be a pink leopard (she picked it out at the store) after saying she wanted to be a pink bunny. I think she just wanted something pink.

They are talking like crazy and don't really have any volume control or atleast choose not to use it. Favorite sayings right now are "go away" (unfortunately learned from me telling the dogs to go away when the kids are eating), "again, again," and of course "no."

Lloyd learned how to open the front door a while ago, so are started locking it all the time. Then he learned how to unlock it. He was out of my sight for 30 seconds and when I looked he was sitting on the front porch. That night we had a new deadbolt lock that is almost too high for me (we can't take any chances).

Lilly loves all art! And is good at it. I took her to pottery last week while Burch stayed home with sick Lloyd. She say for a good 30-45 minutes just playing with the clay. She loves to paint, color, playdough, anything really. I need to start taking pictures to put up.
